Welcome Days is a strongly recommended pre-orientation event designed exclusively for new students and their families. This experience helps you transition into college life with confidence, connection, and a clear sense of what to expect.
This isn’t a campus tour or a typical visit—it’s where your FPU experience begins.
What to Expect
- Worship & Welcome – Begin the day with community worship and an encouraging message from President Dr. André Stephens.
- Student Panels – Hear from current students about life at FPU, what they’ve learned and what they wish they knew on day one.
- Sessions for Students & Parents – Gain insight into academics, student life, financial aid, support services and more.
- Games & Giveaways – Connect with future classmates in fun and relaxed ways.
- Campus Tours & Residence Hall Preview – Explore where you’ll live, learn and grow.
- Meet Key Staff & Faculty – Get to know the people who will be part of your support system at FPU.
- Lunch in the Cafeteria – Enjoy a meal and a taste of campus life.

Who Should Attend
- All admitted traditional undergraduate students starting the fall 2025 semester
- Parents and family members are also welcome and encouraged to join!
