The closed singles matches were at No. 4 and 5 were Amandine Ferot and Megan Hanner were both stretched to 6-4 in the first set. Both cruised in the second set winning 6-0 and 6-1 respectively. "It was a beautiful day for tennis," said FPU head coach Neil Castro. "We played well. It was a good outing for us. I expect it will be tougher tomorrow." The Sunbirds move to San Diego tomorrow where they will face UC San Diego. Match time is 2:00 PM.
