Friday, April 20, 2007 - Fresno, Calif. Fresno, Calif. - Nick Allen posted season-best marks in winning the long and triple jumps today at the Fresno Pacific Track, but it wasn't enough to lead the host Sunbirds to a dual meet win. The visiting Stags of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps College out-pointed FPU 102.50 - 80.50 to post the win. Caleb Annin was the only other FPU double winner. Annin ran a season-best 15.85 in the 110 meter high hurdles and followed with a 56.32 winning mark in the 400 meter intermediate hurdles. The Sunbirds will host the Golden State Athletic Conference Championship next Friday and Saturday, April 27-28. |
